Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit or debit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Delta, Solo, Switch, Maestro, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Under normal circumstances all UK deliveries will be dispatched within 24 - 72 hours. The delivery charge for products vary depending on their weight and price.

These delivery costs apply to all products except for fresh goats milk, for which the shipping cost is £10. Goats milk may not be shipped outside the UK.

All of these prices are for UK deliveries only, this includes all postal areas in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Deliveries can be made to the Republic of Ireland, however there will be a small additional charge for this service (please do contact us for a quote). For deliveries to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man please allow extra time due to customs clearance. If there are any problems with your delivery, we will notify you immediately. Delivery Schedule We dispatch orders for delivery as soon as your credit or debit card has been charged. We should normally recieve your order within 3 working days of your purchase. International orders are generally received between 3 and 10 working days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you, and only charge your card when it is about to be dispatched.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is already included in the price.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are guaranteed, please read the product description of the relevant product to determine the length of the warranty.

We do not bombard you with e-mails on a weekly basis trying to extract every last penny from you. Should you wish to stop receiving emails from bevital, just simply click the unsubscribe link contained within every email

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy Damaged Goods
If upon receipt of your goods you find they are damaged, please notify the sales team immediately on 0870 787 9904 or email sales@bevital.com. It is important that you retain the damaged packaging and make a note of the circumstances surrounding it's delivery.

All Other Returns
To help us to process returns efficiently, please ensure that you understand and comply with the guidelines below:

Note: Customers have the right to a cooling off period in which they can change their minds. However, customers exercising this right may only return the goods if they are in their original 'factory fresh' condition, i.e. UN-USED and in the original packaging.

The goods should be returned within 7 working days of receipt (unless otherwise agreed by Bevital health and beauty) un-used and in original packaging with manufacturers instructions. Please include your name, address, invoice no. and reason for returning the item


Goods must be packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused during transit. Note: make sure the plug on any electrical item is packed in sufficient wrapping and in such a way so that it cannot scratch, dent or break the equipment in transit. Please also be aware that on high value items you may be advised to take additional insurance through your carrier, as most standard insurance is about £12.00 per kilo. Please note that goods returned are liable to a restocking charge of 15% (unless faulty or returned unused within 7 days) and that postage and packaging is not refundable other than through a Bevital error.


If you believe your goods may be faulty please call our helpline immediately on 0870 787 9904 to discuss this with one of our sales team before returning the goods. Experience has shown us that we are able to resolve most problems you are experiencing over the telephone thereby saving you the trouble of repacking and returning an item. If we cannot resolve the problem over the telephone then subject to the paragraphs above we will agree to a return.


Authorised returns of faulty goods must be accompanied by your customer and order information as well as a letter explaining fully the reasons you think they are faulty. If the goods are faulty they will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If the goods are found to not be faulty then we will have to charge for the time we have had to spend testing the equipment and also for the return of the goods to you at our standard delivery rates.
