La Mandorle almond milk is a great source of essential fatty acids, vitamin A and D extracted from fish liver oil (cleaned, odor and taste free) from free range deep water fish and sea calcium to provide our body's cells with the necessary nutritionnal supplies of :
- Omega 3 (EPA-DHA)extracted from cod liver oil and Omega 6 native to the almond in a ratio of 1 to 5 to ensure an immediate and optimal assimilation by the body.

 | Organic Raw Goats Milk (Frozen)
Raw goats milk has many benefits. It is rich in enzymes and contains all 22 of the amino acids required to live a healthy life. This includes phosphate, which is essential for the absorption of calcium and is plentiful in raw milk but is completely destroyed by pasteurization. It is easily digested and thus is recommended as an alternative to dairy for people with milk intolerances.
The raw goats milk on this site comes from a small family business in the north of Devon, comitted to providing quality natural products. It comes in 500ml cartons and is frozen shortly after being produced.

Biodynamic 100% raw (un-pasteurised) goat milk
A family smallholding dedicated to biodynamic farming methods provide us with this highly useful and sought after milk. It comes in 1 pint bottles (568ml) frozen shortly after being produced.
Biodynamics is the oldest western form of sustainable agriculture. It has a strong foundation of scientific research to quantify the benefits of the approach. But it has been held back from greater acceptance because of the non-conventional origins of the method, and the non-commercialisation nature of the agricultural inputs.
Biodynamic farms are, by definition, self-supporting organisms with the minimum of commercial outside inputs. This is the primary reason why it has not received greater acceptance. It is not a great profit generator for agribusiness. It is however easier than industrial chemical agriculture. The longer it is applied to the farm, the fewer problems are encountered. The very existence of a disease or insect infestation is viewed as an opportunity to fine-tune the application of the method and improve the health of the farm organism. The goal is always to work with the underlying cause of problems instead of applying continuous Band Aids on symptoms.
