Tray dimensions: 36cm x 22cm Delivery: 2 - 5 working days We use only certified organic spelt grains, an ancient form of wheat which gives superior nutritional and overall yields compared to regurlar modern wheat used in the production of biscuits and breads. Wheat Grass juice should be extracted either by chewing or utilising a slow turning gear juicer. The easy health manual juicer is very good for this purpose. Centrifugal juicers cannot extract juice from the strong fibres of grass. And their high speeds create heat that would destroy sensitive enzymes. Wheatgrass needs the heavy-duty action of a masticating gear juicer to slowly press the fibres. A daily 'shot' of 30ml can be enough for increasing vitality. Some individual practitioners advocate more for heavier detox regimes or for those with healing crises.
